To provide you with a more accurate and secure service experience, we have formulated this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Information Security Technology — Personal Information Security Specification (GB/T 35273-2017), and other relevant laws, regulations and technical standards.

This Policy is closely related to the products and/or services you use. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in to or use our products and/or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "using our products and/or services"), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. We will use plain and easy-to-understand expressions and provide simple explanations for professional terms involved in the Policy to facilitate your understanding. Terms in this Policy that are materially relevant to your rights and interests have been highlighted. 1.1 Account Registration and Login

1.1.1 When you register an Power Butler account, we will collect your personal registration information for account creation and identity verification.

1.1.2 During your account registration, we collect your email address to comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on real-name network system. Please provide such information carefully. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to complete account registration and thus unable to normally use our relevant services.

1.2 Providing You with Products and/or Services

1.2.1 Device Supporting Functions: To ensure the normal operation of services, we will apply for permissions such as camera access for photo taking, obtaining mobile phone geographic location, and enabling Bluetooth during use. Such permission requests are necessary operations for providing services.

1.2.2 Identity Verification Function: During the use of services, we will verify the authenticity of your identity by sending email verification codes to the email address you voluntarily fill in, and retain the email information used for this verification.

1.3 Indirect Obtainment of Your Personal Information from Third Parties

1.3.1 Please note that we will not actively obtain, nor illegally steal, your personal information provided by you to external third parties or collected independently by external third parties. If it is necessary to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties (such as information sharing) for business development, and we directly or jointly provide products or services for you, we (or our cooperating third parties) will explicitly inform you of the information source, type, purpose of use, method of use, corresponding business functions and authorized scope of use before collection. 2. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

2.1 Sharing of Personal Information

We will not arbitrarily share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except under one or more of the following circumstances:

2.1.1 We have obtained your explicit authorization in advance;
2.1.2 You voluntarily propose a sharing request;
2.1.3 Pursuant to the requirements of laws and regulations, or the legal requirements of judicial or administrative authorities;
2.1.4 Necessary sharing with commercial partners: To provide you with more complete and high-quality products and services, we will authorize compliant partners to provide part of supporting services for you. If an affiliated company intends to change the purpose of personal information processing, it will obtain your authorization and consent again.

Consequences such as information leakage and illegal use caused by your voluntary sharing shall have nothing to do with this platform, and we shall not bear relevant legal liabilities.

Transfer means transferring the control right of personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals. We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual without your explicit consent, except under the following circumstances:

2.2.1 We have obtained your explicit consent in advance;
2.2.2 You voluntarily propose a transfer request;
2.2.3 In the event of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation or other circumstances of the company, personal information transfer may be involved. At that time, we will require the company or organization receiving the personal information to continue to abide by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require it to obtain your explicit consent again;

According to law, the sharing and transfer of de-identified personal information, where the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, shall not constitute external sharing, transfer or public disclosure of personal information. No further notice to you or authorization from you shall be required for the storage and processing of such data.

Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network. To prevent security incidents, we have formulated a proper early warning mechanism and emergency response plan in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Meanwhile, we will take the initiative to report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities and closely cooperate with the work of government agencies.

4. How You Manage Your Information

You legally enjoy the rights to access, correct and delete your personal information. You may access, correct and complete your personal profile information through the entry 【Me — Account Management】 in the APP. For other relevant requests, you may contact us through the contact information specified in this Policy.

5. Permission Description

5.1 Camera Permission: When you need to add a control device, you can scan the QR code on the hardware or other device terminals through the camera photo taking function to quickly complete device binding and addition.

5.2 Network-Related Permissions: This APP requires a network connection to operate normally. This permission is used to read the mobile network status, promptly remind you to complete network connection and ensure smooth use of services.

5.3 Bluetooth Permission: After enabling Bluetooth permission, you can search for nearby bindable devices, complete device screening and matching, and connect to an external network server to realize remote device control.

5.4 Location Permission: When you need to configure a wireless network for a device, we will apply for location permission to obtain the WIFI name (SSID) currently connected to the mobile phone and conveniently complete network configuration.

5.5 Device Information Permission: We will obtain your device-related information, including hardware and software characteristic information such as device model, device identifiers (such as IMEI, androidID, IDFA, OPENUDID, GUID, OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID, etc.), device MAC address, software list, and telecom operator.

Such information is collected to improve service security, accurately prevent risks such as phishing websites, Trojan viruses and network attacks; meanwhile, combined with usage habits, comprehensively judge account security risks, verify identities, troubleshoot fraud and violations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users and us, and record risky network links when necessary.

6. How We Update the Privacy Policy

6.1 We reserve the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.

6.2 In the event of an update to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through reasonable means such as push notifications on the APP client, so that you can promptly understand any changes made to this Privacy Policy.

7.7 If you are a guardian of a minor and have any questions about the use of our services by the minor under your guardianship or the user information provided by him/her to us, please contact us promptly through the contact information provided in this Policy. We will protect the confidentiality and security of minor users' information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and this Policy. If we find that we have collected personal information of a minor without obtaining verifiable consent from his/her parents or legal guardians in advance, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
