1.Advanced Technical Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical inquiries and issues related to batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), chargers, and integration with e-bike systems.
Diagnose problems remotely and on-site, utilizing diagnostic software and tools to analyze battery performance, error codes, and failure modes.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and field technicians via phone, email, and video conferencing.
2.On-Site Post-Sales Support & Problem Resolution:
Travel frequently to customer locations to conduct hands-on investigations and resolve critical technical issues that cannot be handled remotely.
3.Technical Meetings & Negotiation Support:
Participate in technical meetings with key clients and potential partners to present our product's technical specifications, capabilities, and safety features.
