1.Sales strategies

Assit in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

2.New customer development

Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities;

Communicate deeply with potential customers, accurately identify business pain points, procurement needs, and decision-making processes, provide targeted solutions, and promote the conversion of customer needs into cooperation intentions;

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

1.Advanced Technical Customer Support & Troubleshooting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical inquiries and issues related to batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), chargers, and integration with e-bike systems.

Diagnose problems remotely and on-site, utilizing diagnostic software and tools to analyze battery performance, error codes, and failure modes.

Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and field technicians via phone, email, and video conferencing.

2.On-Site Post-Sales Support & Problem Resolution:

Travel frequently to customer locations to conduct hands-on investigations and resolve critical technical issues that cannot be handled remotely.

3.Technical Meetings & Negotiation Support:

Participate in technical meetings with key clients and potential partners to present our product's technical specifications, capabilities, and safety features.

Support the sales team in technical negotiations by addressing specific client concerns, providing feasibility analyses, and clarifying technical requirements.

Translate customer needs and technical challenges into clear requirements for the internal R&D and engineering teams.

4.Quality & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Research & Development (R&D) departments to feedback field data, common failure patterns, and customer suggestions to drive product improvements and future development.

Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and international standards relevant to e-bike lithium batteries.

Qualifications

Educational background/requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or a related field

1.Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the lithium battery, e-bike, or automotive electronics industry.

2.Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally at short notice (up to 50%).

3.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

4.In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology, BMS, and charging systems.

Responsible for the design, development, and testing of embedded software for two-wheeled BMS, familiar with NXP, TI, GD MCUs, and AFE.

Develop and test core control algorithms for two-wheeled BMS.

Qualifications
