From June 25 to 29, 2025, Phylion · Joycube made a prominent appearance at EUROBIKE 2025, showcasing our self-developed eBike battery solutions and battery applications in eBike at Booth H28, Hall 8.
The exhibition highlighted the our latest achievements in high-performance lithium battery technology, regulatory compliance, and intelligent applications.

Among the products displayed at the show were integrated batteries with capacities up to 1000Wh and downtube batteries reaching up to 800Wh, meeting the high demands of long-range eBike models for energy density and system integration—demonstrating our strong expertise in both structural design and vehicle matching.
In response to the full implementation of the new EU Battery Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542), Phylion · Joycube presented a forward-looking Battery Passport system at the show. The system covers raw material traceability, product tracking, carbon footprint, ESG, and due diligence, offering clients a comprehensive toolkit for regulatory compliance. This reinforces our leading position as a provider of compliance-driven battery solutions.
At EUROBIKE 2025, Joycube launched several forward-thinking innovations in battery technology:
Free-Welding Structural Design (in compliance with Article 11): Enables cell replacement and modular assembly without welding. With just a screwdriver, one person can complete installation or removal within minutes—greatly enhancing maintainability and resource recyclability.
Semi-Solid-State Battery Technology: Using semi-solid-state cells, this technology significantly improves battery safety and energy density, while offering a wider operating temperature range and longer cycle life—providing reliable energy support for high-performance eBikes.
PD3.1 Type-C Bidirectional Charging: Integrated PD3.1/PD3.0 bidirectional charging functionality is built directly into the battery module, eliminating the need for external converters and enhancing both system compatibility and user convenience.
Smart Bluetooth BMS System: Incorporates a Bluetooth module into the BMS for real-time data connectivity with mobile apps, supporting status monitoring, intelligent diagnostics, and remote maintenance—elevating user experience with improved operational efficiency and data visibility.
