Joycube has successfully passed a rigorous audit by TÜV Rheinland and is now certified to the IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System standard. This certification serves as international recognition of our systematic quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of our light-duty lithium batteries and our capability to meet specific customer requirements. It marks significant progress in our mission to build a truly automotive-grade quality management system and meet world-class manufacturing and global quality assurance benchmarks.

IATF 16949:2016 is the globally recognized quality management standard for the automotive industry, known for its rigorous certification process and comprehensive system requirements. The standard is supported by six core tools — Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Control Plans (CP). This framework focuses on continual improvement, emphasizes defect prevention, and reduces variation and waste, .providing essential support for guaranteed product quality and optimized production
