Joycube has already launched the industry's first LMT Battery Passport, covering over 180 key data points. The system supports carbon footprint and ESG tracking, and is built on an industrial-grade blockchain architecture to ensure data security and credibility—helping customers stay ahead of future compliance requirements.
Module Replacement Solution: Driving Sustainable Circularity in Batteries
Joycube's cell-module replacement solution is fully aligned with Regulation (EU) 2023/1542's circular economy requirements. Through standardized modular design, it enables a professional and controlled maintenance environment, effectively reducing risks from non-professional handling while enhancing structural stability. This modular architecture significantly shortens maintenance cycles, improves resource utilization, and reduces maintenance costs — minimizing the risk of continued operation with faulty batteries.
By simplifying disassembly and enabling module-level recycling, the solution extends overall battery lifespan and supports full lifecycle management from production to reuse—achieving both environmental sustainability and economic efficiency. Currently, models including IT36, IT38, and BN21 support module replaceability.
